Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your name, phone number, email address and country. DJ Lovers Club gives us these details when you sign up on its sign-up page for a show by an artist we represent, between October 7 and October 21, 2026. We also keep anything you give us directly.

What we use it for

To send you updates and marketing about shows, releases and events from the artists and labels we represent. We send these by text message and WhatsApp through Laylo, and by email through Brevo and co:brand. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Who else sees it

Laylo (text and WhatsApp), Brevo (email), co:brand, and companies that send some of these messages on our behalf. They process your details only on our instructions and never for their own purposes. Nobody else. We never sell your details.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or 24 months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email info@southernfriedrecords.com. In the UK you can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). In the EU, to your local data protection authority.

Where your details are stored

Brevo stores data in the EU. Laylo stores data in the United States and is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. co:brand stores data in the UK.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top. The version in force when you signed up is the one that applies to your details.
