Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Bonobo Studios LLC ("DJ Lovers Club," "DJLC," "we," "us"). They govern your use of thedjloversclub.com and any related content, forms, community features, and communications (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Who can use the Services

You must be at least [16 or 18, per counsel] years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Services. Some events and content we cover are age-restricted (18+ or 21+) by their venues; we do not control those restrictions. By using the Services you confirm you meet the age requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.

3. The community (the Fam) and accounts

If you join the Fam or create an account, you are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

4. Submissions and applications

When you submit a form (Brands & Sponsors, Artists & Teams, Event Features, Creators & Ambassadors) or send us content, ideas, or materials:

you confirm you have the right to share it;
you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for the purpose you submitted it (for example, to consider your application, feature an event, or produce content), consistent with our Privacy Policy;
we are not obligated to respond to, feature, or use any submission;
do not send confidential information you do not want us to use.

5. Content and intellectual property

The Services and their content (text, graphics, logos, the DJLC name and gradient mark, video, and layout) are owned by DJLC or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view and use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, scrape, or create derivative works from the Services without our written permission, except as normal browser use allows.

Third-party content (artist interviews, event flyers, embedded video, sponsor materials) belongs to its owners and is used with permission or under fair use. See our Copyright Policy for takedown requests.

6. Events calendar and third-party information

The events calendar and related listings are provided for information only. Dates, lineups, venues, and ticketing are set by third parties and can change or be cancelled. We work to keep listings accurate but do not guarantee them. Always confirm details with the official event or ticket source before you travel or buy. We are not responsible for third-party events, tickets, or sites we link to.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

break the law or others' rights while using the Services;
upload harmful code, spam, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Services;
scrape or harvest data except as our robots.txt and applicable law allow;
impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation;
harass, threaten, or abuse others in any community feature (see our Community Guidelines).

8. Marketing and communications

By providing your email you may receive updates, event news, and offers you asked for. You can opt out of marketing anytime using the unsubscribe link. We may still send transactional messages (like a reply to your application).

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings are accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DJLC and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services or from any third-party event or content. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed [USD 100 / the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater]. Some places do not allow these limits, so parts may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DJLC from claims and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your submissions, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent allowed by law.

12. Changes to the Services and Terms

We may change or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We may update these Terms; when we do we will change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give more prominent notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive termination.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
