Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Bonobo Studios LLC ("DJ Lovers Club," "DJLC," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit thedjloversclub.com (the "Site") or otherwise interact with us. DJ Lovers Club is a media and community brand for electronic dance music culture. We publish interviews and event coverage, run a live events calendar, and operate a community known as "the Fam."

The short version

  • We collect the information you give us through our forms (like your name and email), plus some information automatically as you browse (like usage and cookie data).
  • We use it to reply to you, run the community, send updates you ask for, keep the Site working, and improve it.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We share it only with the service providers that help us run the Site (for example our forms and CRM, hosting, email, and analytics tools).
  • We set advertising cookies from Meta only if you accept them on our cookie notice, and you can change that choice at any time from the footer of any page.
  • If you are on one of our lists and live outside the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, we may use your email address and phone number, in hashed form, to show our ads on Facebook and Instagram to you and to people like you. You can ask to be left out at any time. See section 4.
  • You have rights over your information, including the right to access or delete it. See "Your privacy rights" below.

1. Information we collect

a. Information you give us directly. When you submit a form (Brands & Sponsors, Artists & Teams, Event Features, Creators & Ambassadors, Join the Fam, an event signup such as our Amsterdam Unlocked list, the merch presale list, or a DJ competition entry) or email us, we collect what you provide, which may include: your name, email address, phone number, country, company or brand name, artist name and your role, event details, social handles or portfolio links, and anything you write in a message field. Where a form asks for messaging consent, we also keep a record of the consent you gave, when you gave it, and the IP address it was submitted from, so we can demonstrate that consent if required.

b. Membership information. If you Join the Fam, we collect the details needed to run your membership and send member benefits and updates.

c. Information we collect automatically. When you use the Site we may automatically collect: your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions, through cookies and similar technologies and our analytics tools.

d. Information from third parties. If you interact with us through a social platform, or a partner refers you, we may receive limited information from those services consistent with their settings and policies. We also use social analytics tools (Metricool, and Apify for public Instagram data) to read how people engage with our own accounts, which can include public comments, public handles, and follower counts. If you accept advertising cookies, Meta also receives browsing events from this Site through the pixel described in (i), and we see the results only as aggregate ad reporting.

e. Surveys. If you fill out one of our surveys, such as the Vibe Check, we keep the answers you choose to share, including your date of birth if you provide it, alongside your fan record. We use them to personalize what we send you and to shape what we book and build. Every question except your name is optional, and you can ask us to delete your answers at any time at privacy@thedjloversclub.com.

f. Community and messaging interactions. If you interact with our Instagram presence, such as commenting a keyword, receiving an automated reply, tapping a button in a conversation (for example, telling us your favorite genre), or clicking a link we send, we keep a record of those interactions, along with your Instagram username and display name, in our fan database. That record includes the text of messages you send us and of comments you leave on our own posts, which we keep for up to 24 months after our last interaction with you (section 6) and which you can ask us to delete at any time. We use ManyChat to power these automated conversations. These records help us understand what you are interested in and only ever result in messages where platform rules and your opt-ins allow.

g. Event RSVPs collected by our partners. Some events we co-host take RSVPs on a partner's platform instead of on this Site. If you RSVP to one of those, we receive what you submitted — which may include your name, email address, phone number, and city or country — along with a record of what you agreed to and any marketing opt-in you gave. For the Top 101 Producers & The Future Of Dance event during Amsterdam Dance Event 2026, the RSVP is collected on PLVR's platform and the details are shared between PLVR, 1001Tracklists, FinalFinal, and DJ Lovers Club. The full terms for that RSVP are set out in the appendix at the end of this policy, and on the notice's own page.

h. The Fam Wall and check-ins (Amsterdam Unlocked). If you sign the Fam Wall, we collect the line you write, the rave name and flag you choose to add, and the event you pick. Your line, your rave name and your flag are shown publicly on that page, right away, so please do not put anything in them you would not want to be public, including your real name or contact details. An automatic filter refuses lines containing links, contact details, or certain words, and we remove lines from the wall when we need to. We also store a short code for the device you posted from. It is derived from the random analytics identifier described in (c), it is never your name, email, phone number or IP address, and it is never displayed on the Site. We use it only to moderate the wall: to trace an entry if it is ever disputed, to notice one device posting many entries, and to mark entries made from a device that also checked in at that event. If you use the "I'm here" check-in during the week, we record an anonymous tap with the event, the venue, the night and that same device code. Check-ins are only ever shown as an aggregate, and never as a list of people. By posting to the wall you agree that we may show your line on the Site and feature it in our own recaps and promotion afterwards. You can ask us to remove your entry at any time at privacy@thedjloversclub.com.

i. Advertising measurement (the Meta pixel). If you accept advertising cookies on our cookie notice, the Meta pixel sends Meta Platforms the pages you view on this Site, event names (a page view, a signup, a ticket click, an event you open, save or add to your calendar, a search, a video play, a link out to Laylo or a checkout), and technical data: your IP address, browser information, and the _fbp and _fbc identifiers stored in its cookies. We never send your name or phone number, and never your email address in readable form. If you sign up through a form on this Site after accepting, our server sends Meta a hashed version of the email you entered: a one-way scramble that Meta can only match against an account already using that email, so the signup can be tied to our ads. The same events can also reach Meta from our server instead of your browser (Meta's Conversions API). They carry the same data and nothing more, and only while your choice is accept. If you decline, the pixel never loads and nothing is sent. See section 3 and our Cookie Policy.

j. Your fan record and the interests we infer. We keep one record per fan and add to it over time. It can bring together: the details you gave us on any of our forms; which of our lists, drops, events, and competitions you signed up for or entered; your survey answers; your interactions with our Instagram automations and the links you tap in messages we send; what Laylo tells us about your signups (section 1(k)); your record in our CRM if you have written to us; RSVPs a co-host passes to us for an event we ran together; and the country or city you told us or that your phone's country code implies. Where the same email address, phone number, or a link you tapped shows that two records belong to one person (for example your Laylo signup and your Instagram conversation), we join them. From all of this we draw simple conclusions about your taste, for example the genres, artists, and cities you seem to care about, and store them as tags on your record. We use the record and its tags to decide which messages are relevant to you, to avoid contacting you twice or on a channel you have not opted into, to understand our audience when we plan bookings, content, and partnerships, and to build the advertising audiences described in section 4. The tags are our own working notes: we do not sell them, we do not send them to Meta or any advertiser, and we do not use them to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. You can ask to see your record, have it corrected or deleted, or tell us to stop tagging and tailoring, at any time at privacy@thedjloversclub.com.

k. Signups and messages through Laylo. Most of what we send goes by text message through Laylo, with email and WhatsApp alongside it. When you sign up on a Laylo page or embed (a drop, an RSVP, a giveaway, or Join the Fam), Laylo collects your phone number or email address and your consent on our behalf, and its own terms and privacy policy apply to its platform as well. From Laylo we receive and keep: the phone number or email you signed up with, the city, state, and country Laylo associates with you, when you joined, which drops and RSVPs you signed up for and how often, presaves, how you found us, anything you typed into a drop's own fields (such as a name), any purchases made through Laylo, and whether you have unsubscribed. We use that to choose who gets which message, for example by city, by the kind of event, or by the sound of the drops you signed up for, and to keep a record of your consent. If you gave us your details somewhere other than Laylo (a form on this Site, or a co-hosted RSVP), we may add them to Laylo, but only to send what you agreed to at the time: a list collected for updates about one event is used for that event only. Our pages hosted on Laylo also carry our Meta pixel; the cookie choices there are Laylo's, not the notice on this Site.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as health, precise geolocation, or government IDs) through the Site.

2. How we use your information

We use the information to:

  • respond to your inquiry or application and route it to the right team;
  • operate, provide, and administer the Fam community and member benefits;
  • send you newsletters, event updates, and offers by email, either because you asked to receive them or, for people in the United States, because you gave us your email through one of our forms where we told you we would email you (you can unsubscribe from any message);
  • send you text messages (SMS) or WhatsApp messages about events and updates you signed up for, only where you have opted in, and you can opt out anytime;
  • maintain a single fan record (section 1(j)) that brings together what you share with us across our forms, signups, and community interactions, so we know your preferences (like favorite genres and cities), avoid duplicate outreach, and never contact you on a channel you have not opted into;
  • personalize and improve the Site and our content;
  • measure performance and understand our audience in aggregate;
  • show our ads on Facebook and Instagram to people on our lists and to people similar to them, as described in section 4 (never for people in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland);
  • keep the Site secure, prevent spam and abuse, and enforce our terms;
  • comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies and tracking technologies

Our own analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and PostHog) measure how the Site is used without cookies and without profiling you across sites. They rely on a random identifier stored in your browser's local storage so that one person counts once rather than once per page. That identifier is never your name, email or phone, and it never leaves this Site's analytics. On our Amsterdam Unlocked pages, local storage also remembers the events you save so your plan survives a refresh. Clearing site data in your browser removes both.

The only cookies we set ourselves are advertising cookies from Meta, and only if you accept them. On your first visit a notice asks whether we can load the Meta pixel. Nothing loads until you answer, and declining changes nothing about how the Site works. If you accept, the pixel sets the _fbp cookie and reads the _fbc cookie so Meta can tell whether our Facebook and Instagram ads led to a visit or a signup, and can show our ads to people who have visited. You can change your choice at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer, and we honour the Global Privacy Control signal as a decline. The full details, including the cookie table, are in our Cookie Policy.

Embedded content can set its own cookies when you interact with it, including our Join the Fam signup (Laylo), Spotify players, and YouTube video embeds. We use YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) to reduce tracking, but playback and other third-party embeds may still collect data under their own policies.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them will not affect how the Site works. For details, see our Cookie Policy.

4. How we share information

We share personal information only as described here. We do not sell your personal information. If you accept advertising cookies, the information collected by the Meta pixel is shared with Meta for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you can withdraw that at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer. Nothing is shared with Meta through the pixel if you decline. Separately, we may use our own lists to build advertising audiences, described under "Advertising audiences built from our lists" below.

  • Service providers and processors. Companies that help us operate the Site and business, under contracts that limit their use of the data, including:
    • GoHighLevel, for our contact and application forms, CRM, email, and community management;
    • Laylo, the messaging platform behind our signups and announcements, for the messages you opt into by email, text (SMS), and WhatsApp — including the Join the Fam signup, drop announcements, and our Amsterdam Unlocked list. Where you signed up on our own site rather than through a Laylo form, we add your details to Laylo so we can send the messages you agreed to;
    • ManyChat, for automated Instagram conversations when you interact with our accounts;
    • Vercel, for website hosting, content delivery, and privacy-friendly usage analytics;
    • PostHog, for cookieless product analytics and error reports from this Site;
    • Shopify, which runs our merch store and its checkout, so your order and payment details go to Shopify and its payment processors rather than to us;
    • Metricool and Apify, for the social analytics described in section 1(d);
    • email delivery services (such as Resend), for some of the emails we send;
    • AI tools (such as Anthropic's Claude), which help us organize our records, keep the fan record in section 1(j) tidy, and draft content, and which process information only on our instructions;
    • Google (Workspace, including Sheets), for securely storing event signups, our fan database, and running our internal operations;
    • Google Fonts, which serves the fonts this Site uses.
  • Advertising partner, with your consent only. Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited for people in the EEA and the UK) receives the pixel data described in section 1(i) when you accept advertising cookies, for advertising measurement and for building audiences for our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta also uses that data under its own privacy policy. Nothing is sent if you decline.
  • Advertising audiences built from our lists. If you are on one of our marketing lists (for example a Laylo signup, the Amsterdam Unlocked list, or the merch presale list), we may upload your email address and phone number to Meta so it can show our ads to you on Facebook and Instagram and find people similar to our fans. Each one is turned into a one-way hashed code on our computer before it is sent, so Meta does not receive it in readable form and can only match a code against an account that already uses the same email or number. Under Meta's terms for customer lists, it uses the codes only to build the audience for us, does not share them with other advertisers, and deletes them once matching is done. Nothing else you have told us is part of these lists: no name, no answers, no tags, and never your text-messaging consent. If you joined one of our lists before 21 September 2026, when this section was added, we will include you only after we have sent you a notice of this update with a way to opt out. We build each list only from people who are currently subscribed, so unsubscribing takes you out of the next one, and you can email hi@thedjloversclub.com at any time to be left out straight away. We do not do this for people in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, or for anyone we know only through an RSVP form that has its own notice saying their details are not shared (the Top 101 Producers RSVP and the Open Channel RSVP). This does not use cookies, so the Cookie settings choice does not control it.
  • Co-hosted event RSVPs. When we run an event with other brands, the RSVP details are shared between the co-hosts and partners named at the point of signup, so each can run the event and keep its own record of who attended. For the Top 101 Producers & The Future Of Dance event that means PLVR, 1001Tracklists, FinalFinal, and DJ Lovers Club — see the appendix at the end of this policy for the full notice. Marketing from those brands is sent only where you ticked the optional box at signup; RSVPing on its own never signs you up for it.
  • Partners, only with your consent or at your direction (for example, if you ask us to connect you with a sponsor or event partner).
  • Legal and safety, when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of DJLC, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers, if DJLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change in how your information is handled.

Your phone number and your messaging consent. We do not sell your mobile phone number or your text-messaging consent, and we do not share them with any third party for that third party's own marketing. Where a signup form names more than one brand as a sender — for example a co-hosted event where every brand is listed on the opt-in itself — you are giving consent to each brand named at the moment you sign up, and each receives it directly from that form. Apart from that, your number goes to the service providers listed above that deliver the messages for us, such as Laylo, and, in hashed form only, to Meta so it can match you for our own ads as described under "Advertising audiences built from our lists" above. Meta may use it only to build that audience for us, never for its own marketing or anyone else's. Your text-messaging consent itself is never passed to anyone except the providers that deliver our messages. This applies to our text (SMS and RCS) and WhatsApp messaging.

5. Third-party links and embeds

The Site links to and embeds third-party services, including YouTube, Spotify, Instagram, TikTok, ticketing and event sites, sponsor or partner sites, and Google Translate, which serves a translated copy of our pages from Google's own domain when you pick a language in the footer. We do not control those services, and their data practices are governed by their own privacy policies. Review them before providing information.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to run the community and our relationship with you, and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. As a guide: inquiry and application records are kept while we work with you and for up to 24 months after our last interaction; event signup lists are kept through the event cycle they relate to and then deleted or anonymized; membership records are kept for the life of the membership plus any period the law requires; and consent records are kept as long as we rely on that consent, plus the period needed to demonstrate compliance. Fam Wall entries are published content, so approved entries may be kept as part of our archive and used in later recaps, and check-in records are aggregated and the underlying taps deleted or anonymized after the event cycle. You can ask us to remove your wall entry at any time. The _fbp cookie set by the Meta pixel lasts 90 days from when it was last set, and your cookie choice stays in your browser until you change it or clear site data. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

7. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your own accounts by using strong, unique passwords and being careful about what you share.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of these rights:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Delete your information;
  • Opt out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link in any email);
  • Opt out of "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, using the Cookie settings link in the footer or the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, which we honour (we do not sell your data);
  • Object to direct marketing, including the tagging and tailoring described in section 1(j) and the advertising audiences in section 4, at any time and without giving a reason;
  • Restrict or object to certain other processing, and data portability, where the law provides;
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

To exercise any right, email hi@thedjloversclub.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law requires. You may use an authorized agent where permitted.

9. California residents (CCPA and CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the rights above, including to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. If you accept advertising cookies, information collected by the Meta pixel (identifiers and internet activity) is "shared" for cross-context behavioral advertising as California defines it. You can opt out at any time using the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the footer, or by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser, which we honour. Uploading hashed email addresses and phone numbers from our lists to Meta, described in section 4, is also "sharing" under California law; because it does not involve your browser, you opt out of it by emailing hi@thedjloversclub.com, and we will leave you out of every list from then on. In the past 12 months we have collected the categories described in "Information we collect" (identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, the content you submit, and the inferences about your music tastes described in section 1(j)) and used and disclosed them as described in "How we use your information" and "How we share information." We do not knowingly collect the personal information of Californians under 16 without required consent. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

Other U.S. states. Several other states, including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and Oregon, give their residents rights similar to California's. Wherever you live in the United States, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, and you can opt out of targeted advertising (the Cookie settings link in the footer for the pixel, and an email to us for the list-based audiences in section 4) and of the tagging and tailoring in section 1(j). We do not sell personal information and we do not process sensitive personal information to profile you. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision or emailing privacy@thedjloversclub.com with "Appeal" in the subject line, and we will answer within the time your state's law requires.

10. EEA, UK, and Swiss users (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data on these legal bases:

  • Consent (for example, marketing emails, and the advertising cookies set by the Meta pixel, which you can withdraw at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer);
  • Contract (to provide membership and services you request);
  • Legitimate interests (to run, secure, and improve the Site and community, and to keep the fan record in section 1(j) so that what we send you is relevant, balanced against your rights). You can object to this at any time, and where your objection is to direct marketing or the tailoring behind it, we will simply stop;
  • Legal obligation (to comply with the law).

You have the GDPR rights listed above, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (for users in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl; in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk). Our data controller is Bonobo Studios LLC, contactable at the details at the top of this policy.

We do not make decisions about you by automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects. We do not upload the details of people in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland to Meta to build advertising audiences (section 4).

Where you accept advertising cookies, the recipient of the pixel data for EEA and UK users is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Its onward transfer of that data to the United States relies on Meta's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension, alongside Standard Contractual Clauses.

11. International data transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers may process data in the US and elsewhere. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, a provider's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Meta holds one), or our processors' equivalent approved transfer mechanisms.

12. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and if we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly. We also do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. Many of the events we feature are restricted to adults 18 or older; attendance rules are set by each venue. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at hi@thedjloversclub.com and we will delete it.

13. Marketing choices

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by emailing us. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any text we send. To stop WhatsApp messages, reply STOP in WhatsApp or email us and we will remove you. To be left out of the advertising audiences we build from our lists (section 4), email us and we will take you out. Essential service and transactional messages (for example, a reply to your application) are not marketing and may still be sent.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Appendix — Top 101 Producers RSVP: Privacy & Data Use Notice

This appendix reproduces, in full, the joint notice that applies when you RSVP to 1001Tracklists x FinalFinal x DJ Lovers Club: Top 101 Producers & The Future Of Dance (Amsterdam, 22 October 2026). The RSVP for that event is collected on PLVR's platform rather than on this Site. It is reproduced here so the full terms are available on our own site as well as at the notice's own page. Where this appendix and the standalone notice differ, they are the same document and the standalone page is the version linked from the RSVP form.

1. Who we are

This RSVP is run jointly by:

  • PLVR, which operates the RSVP site and form — contact: support@plvr.io;
  • 1001Tracklists — contact: info@1001tracklists.com;
  • FinalFinal, the event's presenting sponsor, which receives your RSVP details as described in section 4 — you can reach them through any of the contacts listed here;
  • DJ Lovers Club (Bonobo Studios LLC, 1900 N Bayshore Drive, Miami, FL 33132) — contact: hi@thedjloversclub.com.

Each of us is a data controller for the RSVP information described here. You can exercise any of your rights by contacting any one of us at the addresses above, and we will pass your request to the others — you never have to contact all of us.

2. What we collect

When you RSVP we collect what you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, and city or country. We also keep a record of your acceptance of this notice and any marketing opt-in you give — the time, the IP address it was submitted from, and the exact wording you agreed to — so we can demonstrate that consent if required. The RSVP platform may also collect basic device and usage data under its own policy. We do not ask for, and you should not submit, sensitive personal information.

3. How we use your information

  • To run this event: managing the guest list and capacity, verifying entry at the door, and sending you messages about this event — such as your confirmation, timing, venue and lineup updates, and day-of logistics — by email, or by text (SMS) or WhatsApp if you gave a phone number (message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to any text or WhatsApp message to stop event messages). Legal basis: taking steps you requested (your RSVP) and our legitimate interest in operating the event.
  • News and other events: only if you ticked the optional box, PLVR, 1001Tracklists, FinalFinal, and DJ Lovers Club may send you news, event invites, and announcements of other events by email, text (SMS), or WhatsApp. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time — every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, reply STOP to any text or WhatsApp message (text HELP for help), and withdrawing does not affect anything done before you withdrew. RSVPing alone never signs you up for these.
  • Understanding our audience: each of us may keep what you share here as part of our fan and community records, together with your other interactions with that brand, so we know your preferences, avoid duplicate outreach, and can improve our events and content. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding our audience, balanced against your rights — and you can ask any of us to delete your record at any time (section 8).

4. Data usage and sharing policy

Your RSVP details are shared between PLVR, 1001Tracklists, FinalFinal, and DJ Lovers Club, and each of us may use them for the purposes described in section 3 — running this event, keeping our own fan and community records, and, only where you opted in, news and other-event announcements.

  • None of us sells your personal information, and none of us shares it with anyone outside this list except the providers and partners below, or where the law requires (legal process, or protecting the rights and safety of the event, its guests, or others).
  • Service providers and event partners: the platforms and partners that help us operate the RSVP, the messaging, and entry at the event — including Laylo, the messaging platform we use to send updates you opted into — process data on our behalf under agreements that limit their use of it.

5. RSVP, entry, and the event itself

An RSVP is a request to attend, not a ticket: capacity is limited, entry is not guaranteed, and the venue's age and entry rules apply. The event may be photographed and filmed; by attending you may appear in crowd photography or footage used to cover the event.

6. How long we keep it

We keep RSVP records as part of our fan and community records for as long as you stay connected with us — each new interaction (an RSVP, a signup, a message, an opt-in) starts that period again — and for up to 24 months after our last interaction with you, plus any period the law requires. If you are opted into marketing, we keep your contact details until you unsubscribe. We may keep information in anonymized or aggregated form, which no longer identifies you, indefinitely for analytics and audience insights. Consent records are kept as long as needed to demonstrate compliance. When identifiable information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it — and you can ask for deletion sooner at any time (section 8).

7. How we protect it

Each of us uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your information, to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, contact any of the brands at the addresses in section 1 — the brand you contact will pass your request to the others as needed. You will never be treated differently for exercising your rights.

9. EEA / UK users

Where GDPR applies, our legal bases are consent (marketing), steps taken at your request (the RSVP), and legitimate interests (running and securing the event). You may complain to your local data protection authority — in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl); in the UK, the ICO (ico.org.uk). Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate; where personal data is transferred from the EEA or UK we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or a provider's certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards through any of the contacts in section 1.

10. California residents

You have the rights described above, including to know, delete, and correct. We do not sell or share your personal information as defined under California law: the disclosures between the parties described here are for running the event and maintaining our own fan and community records, not for cross-context behavioral advertising, and no money changes hands for your data.

11. Age

This is an 18+ event and this RSVP is for adults aged 18 and over; you may be asked for valid photo ID at the door. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and RSVPs from minors will be deleted.

12. Changes

If this notice changes materially before the event, we will update the date above and post the new version at the same link.
