1. Who we are

This RSVP is run jointly by:

• PLVR, which operates this site and the RSVP form — contact: support@plvr.io;
• 1001Tracklists — contact: info@1001tracklists.com;
• FinalFinal, the event's presenting sponsor, which receives your RSVP details as described in section 4 — you can reach them through any of the contacts listed here;
• DJ Lovers Club (Bonobo Studios LLC, 1900 N Bayshore Drive, Miami, FL 33132) — contact: hi@thedjloversclub.com.

Each of us is a data controller for the RSVP information described here. You can exercise any of your rights by contacting any one of us at the addresses above, and we will pass your request to the others — you never have to contact all of us.

2. What we collect

When you RSVP we collect what you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, and city or country. We also keep a record of your acceptance of this notice and any marketing opt-in you give — the time, the IP address it was submitted from, and the exact wording you agreed to — so we can demonstrate that consent if required. The RSVP platform may also collect basic device and usage data under its own policy. We do not ask for, and you should not submit, sensitive personal information.

3. How we use your information

• To run this event: managing the guest list and capacity, verifying entry at the door, and sending you messages about this event — such as your confirmation, timing, venue and lineup updates, and day-of logistics — by email, or by text (SMS) or WhatsApp if you gave a phone number (message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to any text or WhatsApp message to stop event messages). Legal basis: taking steps you requested (your RSVP) and our legitimate interest in operating the event.
• News and other events: only if you ticked the optional box, PLVR, 1001Tracklists, FinalFinal, and DJ Lovers Club may send you news, event invites, and announcements of other events by email, text (SMS), or WhatsApp. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time — every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, reply STOP to any text or WhatsApp message (text HELP for help), and withdrawing does not affect anything done before you withdrew. RSVPing alone never signs you up for these.
• Understanding our audience: each of us may keep what you share here as part of our fan and community records, together with your other interactions with that brand, so we know your preferences, avoid duplicate outreach, and can improve our events and content. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding our audience, balanced against your rights — and you can ask any of us to delete your record at any time (section 8).

4. Data usage and sharing policy

Your RSVP details are shared between PLVR, 1001Tracklists, FinalFinal, and DJ Lovers Club, and each of us may use them for the purposes described in section 3 — running this event, keeping our own fan and community records, and, only where you opted in, news and other-event announcements.

• None of us sells your personal information, and none of us shares it with anyone outside this list except the providers and partners below, or where the law requires (legal process, or protecting the rights and safety of the event, its guests, or others).
• Service providers and event partners: the platforms and partners that help us operate the RSVP, the messaging, and entry at the event — including Laylo, the messaging platform we use to send updates you opted into — process data on our behalf under agreements that limit their use of it.
• If you did not tick the box, none of us will send you news or other-event announcements — only messages about this event.

5. RSVP, entry, and the event itself

An RSVP is a request to attend, not a ticket: capacity is limited, entry is not guaranteed, and the venue's age and entry rules apply. The event may be photographed and filmed; by attending you may appear in crowd photography or footage used to cover the event.

6. How long we keep it

We keep RSVP records as part of our fan and community records for as long as you stay connected with us — each new interaction (an RSVP, a signup, a message, an opt-in) starts that period again — and for up to 24 months after our last interaction with you, plus any period the law requires. If you are opted into marketing, we keep your contact details until you unsubscribe. We may keep information in anonymized or aggregated form, which no longer identifies you, indefinitely for analytics and audience insights. Consent records are kept as long as needed to demonstrate compliance. When identifiable information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it — and you can ask for deletion sooner at any time (section 8).

7. How we protect it

Each of us uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your information, to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, contact any of the brands at the addresses in section 1 — the brand you contact will pass your request to the others as needed. You will never be treated differently for exercising your rights.

9. EEA / UK users

Where GDPR applies, our legal bases are consent (marketing), steps taken at your request (the RSVP), and legitimate interests (running and securing the event). You may complain to your local data protection authority — in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl); in the UK, the ICO (ico.org.uk). Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate; where personal data is transferred from the EEA or UK we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or a provider's certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards through any of the contacts in section 1.

10. California residents

You have the rights described above, including to know, delete, and correct. We do not sell or share your personal information as defined under California law: the disclosures between the parties described here are for running the event and maintaining our own fan and community records, not for cross-context behavioral advertising, and no money changes hands for your data.

11. Age

This is an 18+ event and this RSVP is for adults aged 18 and over; you may be asked for valid photo ID at the door. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and RSVPs from minors will be deleted.

12. Changes

If this notice changes materially before the event, we will update the date above and post the new version at the same link.
